とろとろさんまとフカヒレと大島ゆずの味噌煮|骨まで食べれるさんまは脂がのって、ふっくら柔らか。小さいけれど贅沢なフカヒレの姿煮入り。シェフの発想が生んだ、大島ゆずがほんのり香るおしゃれな味噌煮です。

The sannma has the taste of miso sauce with Oshima Yuzu.

It was made with the theme of Kesennuma, collaborating world-class shark fin manufacturer"Ishiwata shoten". For many years it was made as "Shark Sugatani", which is a taste of the people "pike". In addition to these quality food, Oshima yuzu and miso from Kesennuma was used as a raw material, it is canned of Kesennuma Dzukushi.
